Simon will be joining us live by satellite link from his Holiday in Portugal to take us through a mindfullness session. Should communications fail us, Simon will have prerecorded one earlier that day to help us take our mind off work and life for 20 minutes. An expert or a beginner, you will enjoy the downtime.
