SAP - Clockhouse Place, London

Event has expired or booking no longer available.

We are pleased to bring you our first UKISUG Retail and CPG Forum. An event not to be missed!

Retail & CPG Forum is designed for you to listen to and meet with a diverse range of customers, sharing their insights and experiences in the industry.

Andrew Slynn & Katie Sarson from Dormakaba will cover how terminals can be used to not only collect time data for accurate payroll, but how you can also integrate self service for the many staff in these areas who do not have access to computers for them to check their shifts, request annual leave and for managers to check who has clocked in – all through the terminal. They will also touch on how you can use the workforce management solution for shop floor data collection to understand the true time and cost of processes.

Some of the key learns from this event will be:

  • How one of the UK’s largest supermarket chains are rising to the challenge of S/4 migration
  • How you can effectively integrate data collated into SAP to support payroll, scheduling, HR and H&S

We also have SAP Retail experts, Shaid Latif and Elif Kuralay, who will cover everything from retail trends to how to use technology to drive performance and include customer examples of driving success using SAP solutions in retail.

They will be sharing their view of the Global and local trends which are influencing retailer behaviour, investments and successful engagement with end customers. The SAP team will present the Retail Business Unit Go To Market Strategy, it is the distillation of the thousands of retailer conversations which influence the SAP Retail development roadmap, showing where SAP believes the most astute retail investments are taking place for competitiveness and differentiation. The team will also share reference cases where those investments are taking place with retailers and the results achieved.

SAP will also be running a Sustainability Roundtable Discussion which will offer you an insight into the importance of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) agenda for retailers, their customers, governments and regulatory bodies around the world. We will be sharing the leading trends in the ESG area that are driving consumer behaviour, activism, legislation and investment decisions. We will present the key SAP ESG solutions that drive business performance and compliance in this area, helping our customers to achieve their ESG visions and KPI’s. Shaid Latif and Lindsey Rowe will talk through several real life customer references where the business has worked with SAP to make a tangible impact in their ESG performance, sharing some of their journey and results and you are more than welcome to share your thoughts and viewpoints during the discussion.

As this is a Partner sponsored event, there may be some restrictions on which members can attend. This means that even if your initial booking is accepted, we may contact you to cancel your booking.
