Let's Talk Menopause!
According to NHS, menopause is when your periods stop due to lower hormone levels. It usually affects women between the ages of 45 and 55, but it can happen earlier. In a 2022 survey of over 4,000 women who were asked about menopause and work:
72% felt
unsupported
29% said
they lost a significant level of self-confidence
50% feel
depressed
90% felt
unable to tell their managers at work about their perimenopause and menopause
11% did not
go for promotion because of the menopause
Do you truly understand what is menopause? Or perhaps you might resonate with the survey result?
In this one-hour webinar session, menopause training specialist Ruth Harrison-Swift will discuss
and hopefully some laughter too! It will be interactive with lots of open questions so that you get the most out of this time.
