THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE AT HOLIDAY INN, BLOOMSBURY

The S/4HANA SIG is a platform for SAP customers and partners to collaborate, network and share their technical and business experience and expertise on S/4HANA.

To start with, we will have Michael Longden and Nikos Aletras from SAP talk about Rise and Grow with S/4HANA. In Nikos's session, participants will learn about the Move assets available to build the case and plan the transition to S/4HANA, including a typical example of how other customers are leveraging such assets. We will also cover how S/4HANA enables a modular change based on each organisation’s priorities, thanks to its modular Cloud architecture and the concept of Clean Core.

SAP recently launched GROW with SAP. This new, global offering provides a simple and powerful solution that can focus the SAP market on driving new cloud ERP customer acquisition, particularly within the mid-market customer segment. It is intentionally Like RISE with SAP, where SAP bring together a unique solution that addresses customers’ needs and most importantly differentiates SAP from other vendors in the market. Michael's session will highlight the recent announcement by SAP about GROW with SAP and provide some comparisons with RISE with SAP.

Many organisations are struggling to move from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. The level of investment and the impact on business is enormous, and they can’t create a business case that justifies the cost and disruption. For the last 3 years, Resulting IT has been working with TfL to overcome this problem and to help them get business value from S/4 migration.

In the session prepared by Alex Stuart from Resulting IT along with Kevin McDonald and Kostas Tsatsaris from TfL, you’ll see every step of the journey, gain an understanding of the approach, and discuss some of the key points, including:

  • Deciding between Cloud vs On-premises
  • Understanding your business strategy and process pain points
  • Understanding your future state technology – why does decomposable make sense?
  • Deciding your migration approach (SNP BLUEFIELD™ vs GREENFIELD vs BROWNFIELD)
  • Effectively communicating your roadmap and gaining business buy-in

This session will equip you with the proven approach you need to create a strong business case and create your own roadmap to S/4 migration.

For this event, we are excited to be joined by another customer speaker to share their journey and experiences on S/4HANA. Alex Rammal from OCI Global will be giving us an overview of the OCI transformation journey so far and plans to move towards a digital centric organisation through the deployment of S4 PCE on Rise. There are offices in 5 different cities for OCI Global and they have widely adopted SAP throughout the company in commercial, treasury, human capital, procurement and manufacturing aspects. It will be a session that cannot be missed if you would like to hear a real customer story from a multi-national company perspective.

As this is a Partner sponsored event, there may be some restrictions on which members can attend. This means that even if your initial booking is accepted, we may contact you to cancel your booking.
