E-Government Initiatives
There are increasing numbers of electronic regulatory requirements imposing demands on primarily a company’s finance teams. Examples include e-invoicing, e-filing for tax and e-compliance reporting. In the first session, our two SIG Chairs Paul Huston - Princes Limited and Geoff Morgan - Shell International will provide examples of how these are being addressed in their organisations, followed by an interactive discussion on what is on the horizon.
Many tax authorities are exploring the advantages of a fully digitalised invoicing and reporting system. SAP wants to help you navigate this in a smooth and seamless manner with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. SAP Document and Reporting Compliance not only helps to manage e-invoicing, real-time reporting and statutory reporting worldwide, but it also gives the opportunity to create your own content and automate processes globally while being locally compliant.

After lunch, we will be joined by Marc Auró from Cuviv to explain how the BCM module works and demonstrate how it can be integrated with other SAP modules such as Advanced Payment Management (APM). This allows for the centralisation of file integration and management from both SAP and non-SAP systems.
Cuviv will also showcase the module's Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) feature, which enables the seamless transfer of payment files and electronic statements between SAP and the bank. They will cover topics such as
