Journey to S/4HANA

The S/4HANA SIG is a platform for SAP customers and partners to collaborate, network & share their technical, business experience and expertise on S/4HANA.

This will be a 'first for UKISUG' as it will be an educational collaboration between 3 of our amazing affiliates, with not one but two customer speakers, providing you information to complete your S/4HANA Journey.

This event will be face-to-face and provides the perfect opportunity for you to collaborate and network with your UKISUG Community, sharing your challenges and successes with those that understand.

We'll start with Rise with SAP: The journey so far and perspectives on the road ahead from Simon Carpenter and James Bates from SAP. RISE with SAP is now two years old and one of SAP’s most successful solution launches. Given the nature of the RISE with SAP solution – with SAP S/4HANA Cloud at its heart - it touches many facets of business and IT. With thousands of customers on their RISE journeys SAP has received great feedback on what works and what needed improvement. In this session SAP will share some insights into progress to date, talk about how the RISE with SAP strategy has been refined for 2023 and highlight some of the lessons learned and developments at SAP.

Join Nigel Stephenson from West Burton Energy as he explains their Journey to S/4HANA, the challenges and the successes, and the lessons that they learnt on the way. He will be supported by Ben McGrail from Xmateria.

Hear from Jonathan Lake from AWS & Mark Sampson of Capgemini who will be speaking about Deploying Effective SAP RISE and Cloud Native Services. In a data driven world they explore how to combine SAP RISE, Cloud native services in a frictionless way for accelerating a digital transformation world.

Alex Bennell & Rachael Head from Capgemini are joined by Jonathan Lake from AWS where they will talk S/4 Transformation Journey Example. Insights into the types of client journeys their affiliates see and what they're finding is really important to a successful migration.

Join Mo Pervez from Tevva as he shares How Tevva are leading the Electric Charge with Greenfield SAP S/4 and SAP RISE. Hear about insights into their journey and the key learnings they made. He will be supported by Shin Sawhney from Capgemini and Jonathan Lake from AWS.
