New for 2022, this stream covers Women in SAP, with topics on Nurturing Young Talent, Allyship and How to Create a community within your organisation. Sustainability topics include How to Embed Sustainability in your DNA and Customer Journey insights.

As well as kicking off each day with Mindfulness sessions, for Wellbeing, we have sessions on Thoughts, Feelings & Behaviours, as well as Burning Bright, and Burning Out.

SUNDAY WORKSHOPS INCLUDE

"Life Centred Design – A Systemic Approach to Problem Solving "

In this ground-breaking workshop from SAP, you will experience a hands-on introduction to Life Centred Design, an innovative mindset and approach which will help you tackle complex global problems from a systemic and holistic perspective.

"An introduction to the Lego Serious Play methodology"

This workshop will be based around Sustainability allowing you to gain hands on experience with this unique approach to creative thinking and problem solving.

KEYNOTES

Outside of the main Conference Keynotes on the Monday, join us on Sunday afternoon with networking expert Will Kintish as he shares his expertise from "breaking the ice", small talk and the logistics of working the room. This invaluable session will make sure you're equipped with the skills to successfully navigate networking generally, not just at UKISUG Connect.

Our closing keynote on Tuesday afternoon, brings us Dame Inga Beale, Author of: 'Ugly Sweaty Men Become CEO's All the Time. Ugly Sweaty Women Don't', as she discusses how the relentless need for businesses to change, coupled with the changing needs of people working remotely, means that the successful leader of the future needs a different approach.

NETWORKING

With numerous opportunities to network, engage and socialise across the 3 days, we have an Exhibition Hall with over 70 SAP key partners, a Sunday Evening Networking Event, and Exhibition Showcase on Monday, not forgetting SUGFest on Monday evening, the party event to top any conference.
