Claire Trew and Maddie Coller from Sanctuary Housing will present an overview of their first SAP UX project which has involved implementing SAP screen personas. They will talk about the challenges faced by the business which led to the inception of the project, how they approached it and some of the initial user feedback.

Vincent Kruse and Gareth Duke from Neptune Software will present User Experience through a Multi-Experience Development Platform

A journey from No Code -> Pro Code as the theme.

• Follow a very rough design thinking approach, asking an audience member to describe a usability (UI / UX) issue they are currently experiencing
• Through the description, start to sketch a screen(s) depicting a possible solution to the problem
• Photograph the sketch to start the design process
• Develop an app prototype
• Share the prototype with all audience members through QR code

Edward East from SAP will present SAP UI/UX Strategy by Leveraging the Power of SAP Business Technology Platform, including SAP Extension Suite, SAP Appgyver and Low-Code No-Code principles

The demand for professional developer talent has continued to grow faster than the world can educate them. In part to deal with this challenge, technology developers have increasingly composed software by working with libraries and the like, rather than rewriting the same code over and over. Working this way saves time and gives more agility. Jürgen Müller, Chief Technology Officer of SAP, states that the latest progression of this trend can be found in the low-code and no-code (LCNC) solutions for application development, extensibility services, experience management, and end-to-end process automation.

As a result, SAP is investing in the ability for customers to create personalised experiences, build faster with business context and run with confidence, all leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform. SAP BTP differentiates through its business-centricity. The platform provides actionable use cases, pre-built content and AI embedded natively in SAP standard applications. SAP BTP also delivers ease of use provided by advanced LCNC tool and simplified user interface across all solutions with process automation and digital front-end tools. In addition, it combines semantic data access across all processes and data sources, and leverages SAP’s unique industry and business process knowledge, allowing customers to connect business and technology.
