Hovis go-live with SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) remotely due to the on-going global pandemic

With a proud baking heritage spanning more than 130 years, Hovis employs 2,800 people in eight bakeries, one flour mill, and two distribution centres across the UK. Over the last four years, Hovis has streamlined their HR processes and invested in developing capability to put HR and their colleagues at the centre of their success.

Hovis’ latest go-live was delivered end-to-end remotely due to the on-going global pandemic, Covid-19. An implementation that would usually involve numerous face-to-face meetings and onsite support was delivered virtually through video calls by Edenhouse’ experienced consultants in conjunction with the internal Hovis team, proving that nothing can stop innovation and a forward-thinking customer.

Automating mandatory learning and encouraging colleague personal development, SAP SuccessFactors LMS provides Hovis with a central platform to assign learning and development courses to all colleagues.

Currently integrated with Employee Central, there is scope and capability in the future to also integrate LMS with further modules to provide Hovis with a holistic view of colleague learning and career development.
