G3G awarded Cyber Essentials certification

Incidents of cyber-crime are escalating at an alarming rate. It is estimated that the global cost of cyber-crime will top US$2 trillion in 2019. And it’s not just large companies and government institutions cyber criminals are after. In fact, small business have become the favourite target of cyber criminals. According to Verizon’s 2018 Data Breach Investigation Report, over 70% of cyber attackers deliberately target small businesses.

Cyber Essentials is a UK Government-backed, industry-supported scheme to help organisations protect themselves against common online threats such as phishing, hacking and password guessing. It is not (yet) a legal requirement to be Cyber Essentials certified but it is becoming increasingly common within our supply chain and is a requirement for any Government or MOD tenders. G3G are proud to announce that we have been awarded the Cyber Essentials Certificate.
