Helixr is delighted to announce that we have retained our ISO9001 Quality Management certification following an annual audit by The British Assessment Bureau (BAB).This certification recognises our commitment to upholding the highest standards of operational excellence across our business.
BAB’s auditor remarked ‘It was evident that top management ensure that customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are identified and consistently met and that the focus on enhancing customer satisfaction is maintained’.
Laura Peaple, Helixr Executive Director, commented ‘We are a small, agile, business consultancy who puts our customer’s needs at the heart of everything we do. Another year of certification demonstrates our ability to turn our good intentions into action and consistently deliver results for our clients’.
The ISO9001certification verifies our robust QMS -one which defines the methodologies, procedures and processes we use to consistently deliver an exceptional business management system.
