Empowering Internal Teams with SAP SD Training

We have been working with the customer, a leading global food and beverage company, for several years, providing our expert consulting and innovative software solutions to benefit its global operations. Identifying the need to strengthen its key users’ SAP SD knowledge, we were asked to help upskill the customers’ internal team, enhancing its knowledge of how to operate SD and how it works both on its own and within the wider SAP supply chain landscape.

Designed by our learning and development business partner and expert SAP SD consultants, we created a comprehensive syllabus that covered all the essential aspects of SAP SD, while addressing the unique requirements of the customer.

Delivered in the form of six modules over ten virtual sessions, the course included a comprehensive overview of SAP SD, master data and sales order creation, outbound processes, billing, purchasing and returns.

To ensure a consistent level of learning and development across the organisation, we implemented module assessments as part of the training program. These assessments evaluated participants’ comprehension and proficiency in each area covered, allowing for ongoing improvement and targeted support where needed.

Recognising the importance of sustainability and long-term success, we are providing the customer with all the training materials we developed and used throughout the program, plus recordings of every session, meaning it can train future colleagues, refresh existing skills when needed and adapt the content to meet evolving business needs over time.
