Absoft Celebrates Headcount Growth and Demand for S/4HANA Migration and Implementation Projects in 2023

SAP® consulting firm Absoft has today announced its continued business success during 2022/23, providing implementation, support, and optimisation services for SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, SAP Managed Service & Support and Cloud Services. As a consequence of both business growth and a demand for new skills and expertise, Absoft is also pleased to announce a 20% growth in headcount, further affirming its investment and commitment to being one of the UK’s leading SAP partners.

Based on its commitment to securing digital transformation and operational efficiency for its customers, the UK-based consultancy has been transforming its customers' business processes and financial well-being since 1991. As we move forwards into the second half of 2023, Absoft remains dedicated to promoting and securing these business imperatives. The company has seen increasing demand from customers seeking implementation and support assistance during their S/4HANA journey in sectors as diverse as transportation, energy, public sector and manufacturing.

Absoft's unique offering is specifically designed to aid and steer customers through this intricate implementation and migration process. To further expand Absoft's customer offerings in 2023, Absoft plans to actively collaborate with SAP across its portfolio of products including S/4HANA Public Cloud, S/4 Private Cloud Edition, S/4 On-Premise, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform and SuccessFactors.

A dedicated Support Service role of Customer Experience Manager has also been created to drive customer-focused decisions based on deep customer insight. Gillian Innes, the Customer Experience Manager and Absoft’s “voice of the customer”, brings with her a wealth of experience in service delivery, service design and ensuring high standards of performance for IT-managed services and project-based activities. Besides delivering Absoft's customer strategies to key clients, Gillian will also be responsible for developing the Absoft customer experience across the company’s diverse SAP service portfolio. Finally, Gillian will work closely with teams across the Company to understand the "voice of Absoft employees" to build strong relationships and ensure its customer experience requirements are understood.
