Having successfully worked with the customer on a pilot implementation of Decentralised EWM on S/4HANA alongside our mobility solution for the SAP supply chain, PreBilt™, we developed an in-depth understanding of its processes, systems and objectives, which made us the ideal partner to deliver ongoing SAP support to its internal teams.

Through our hour bank model of support, the customer benefits from flexible and versatile usage of our services, raising tickets for any type of incident or request, which are resolved by our expert support team in accordance with agreed priority levels, based on impact and urgency. Looking to actively reduce tickets raised over time, our team tracks issues and requests to identify and analyse trends, identify root causes and carry out long-term fixes.

With a UK-based team that operates globally, our support covers all of the customers’ operating hours to enable quick ticket resolution and ensure continuous operation. Support with us also means the customer has quick and easy access to the knowledge and expertise of our wider network of experienced SAP consultants.

Our flexible approach to SAP support means the customer’s contract is tailored to its individual requirements and is adaptable over time according to changing needs. With full transparency of support usage, which includes access to an online Customer Interaction Centre, the company can see live data and tailored KPIs, on-demand at any time.
