This in-person event will focus on RISE with SAP and shaping the Enterprise Architecture community to tailor your needs.
As customers navigate their journeys to S/4HANA as existing Business Suite products are coming towards the end of Mainstream Maintenance in 2027, there as some decisions to be made about how and where these systems should be deployed and operated. SAP’s statements about Cloud ERP and the move to being a cloud company have introduced several topics into the conversation, and in particular RISE with SAP is not well understood.
Reasons this event should not be missed:
Kicking off this event, Ian Daniel from SAP will explain some of the logic behind SAP’s statements, and explain the concept of RISE with SAP to allow Enterprise Architects to understand the decisions to be made, and the consequences of those decisions with respect to alignment with SAP’s strategy and roadmap.
Adam Hill from AWS will then take to the stage to explain the benefits of moving your SAP workloads to SAP RISE on AWS and modernise using both SAP BTP and AWS services including Data & Analytics and GenAI services. The session will include a live demo of using GenAI to gain more business insights into your SAP data.
To offer a broad spectrum of understanding on RISE with SAP and an example of how it works in daily operation within an organisation, we are pleased to announce a guest speaker, Atul Jawalkar from Co-op, will be joining us on the day. Hear from Coop, one of the world's largest consumer co-operatives and fifth biggest UK food retailer, about their migration to SAP RISE. In this session Co-op will share details about what SAP Systems have moved, how long it’s taken, the reasons why they moved, what was learnt along the way, and key points they recommend for other customers to consider when looking to move to SAP RISE.
After lunch, we will be running the Enterprise Architecture Clinic again due to popular demand! Similar to the one in September last year. Whether you're new to enterprise architecture or an experienced practitioner, this clinic is the perfect opportunity to ask questions, learn from industry experts, network with peers, and gain valuable insights into how to develop and implement effective enterprise architecture strategies.
Secure your spot now for the optimal chance to learn, network, and collaborate with your community.
