This online session will focus on Business Transformation Process and how Change Management can improve Business Transformation.

In the session of ''How to avoid that ‘over-run, overspent and disappointed feeling’ – what needs to be true to get beyond the trauma of go-live and realise the full benefit of your SAP investment?'', Robin Ridgley from Sysdoc will delve into their collective experience and toolkit of over 30 years supporting complex transformational change to explore the steps organisations can take to make sure they fall under the ‘right circumstances’ heading, providing a practical point of view on what needs to be true for a full return on a significant investment of time, resource, and money

The Sysdoc team will focus on the following key areas:

The session will also focus on how Transformational Change can bring the SAP journey to life by using effective persona-based action plans and engagement journeys, detailed and powerful communications strategies all the while building internal change capability.

The way learning has been managed in support of large programmes will need to evolve to support cloud operations.SAP expert, John Barnes, will also be joining us on the day to present on the Digital Learning Ecosystem topic.During the session, John will highlight the key design principles necessary to ensure your end users are capable and confident of running your organisation.
