Join Andrea Vickers from HSBC talking about the SAP Influencing Process – a HSBC Perspective

Andrea will share her experience and will look for your feedback around the SAP Influencing program; including raising tickets, gaining votes and tracking of status, as well as talking about Early Adopter programmes, making change happen, roadmaps and much more.

With the need to offer hybrid and flexible working options ever increasing, how do you manage that when collating hours worked, checking clock-in and clock-out times and maintaining visibility of your staff's working patterns? Hear from Melek Geveci, Specialist Customer Success Partner for SAP SuccessFactors, on her experience of driving adoption & value realisation through effective governance. Before joining SAP last year, Jane was responsible for leading the HR Digital Transformation in one of our customer organisations, and will walk you through an example which demonstrates the importance of having an effective governance model in place for your SuccessFactors solution, and how this can really help to drive adoption. Jane will also touch upon some important SAP customer resources to support you throughout all stages of the SuccessFactors lifecycle. Also, Edward Piggott, SAP HXM Solution Advisor will be delivering a session on Dynamic Teams, to see how SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity marketplace and the concept of Dynamic Teams drive talent mobility, organisational agility, and upskilling/reskilling.

Caroline Shirley With over 20 years of SAP experience, underpinned by a postgraduate MSC from University of Westminster, Caroline's role has involved leading Financial SAP teams and HR SuccessFactors teams. Her role ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the SAP system, whilst planning and delivering SAP projects, this includes upgrades, migration and introducing new areas of functionality.
