During this session SAP will give an introduction to the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council program and then detail the specific workstreams within the Business Technology Platform ESAC topic. These workstreams include remote services to support golives and performance issues, along with enablement on the Extension Suite, the creation of SAP Mobile Services development, Chatbot creation and Intelligent RPA topics, among others.

The event will include a roundtable discussion with SAP. The roundtable will look to discuss what Strategies are being used to implement solution going forward as organisation move from an On- Prem to Cloud environment with will include areas such as challenges, methodologies, lessons learned etc.
