SuccessFactors SIG

Our SAP SuccessFactors User Group aims to provide an opportunity for likeminded SuccessFactors users to get connected and share their experiences and knowledge gained. It provides an open, collaborative forum for the networking, learning and discussions and exchange of ideas around Human Capital Management.

We understand how important networking at our face to face events is to you and since we can't get together in person right now, the session will start 30 minutes before the SIG commences so you can grab a coffee and have a virtual catch up with the SIG chairs and other attendees.

Kate Cartwright from OpenText will be talking about developing your recruitment and onboarding processes in the world of remote working.

As 2021 embarks we find ourselves back in lockdown. Your organisation and employee workforce had to make many defining changes last year, some of those, such as remote working perhaps forced in advance of a future proposed timeframe. This combined with significant shift change in skills requirements for jobs and the aftermath of leaving the EU means continuing business agility is required to accept and adapt to these challenges with innovative, robust and comprehensive processes to ensure the suitability of the future workforce. Consideration is also needed now more than ever of employee wellbeing and experience due to the added mental strain on us all as human beings.

Human connection is vitally important in all of this, and the right technologies will continue to play their part in delivering to support the wellbeing, needs and expectation of all employees as well as those in the HR departments that have responsibility to provide a service for them.

As part of SAP’s innovative HXM strategy, OpenText solutions have benefitted many HR departments delivering to these new regimes. Improved productivity through connectivity not only heightens the value to the business but to the individual enabling them to work more efficiently no matter their circumstance or location.

This session will explore in depth the Recruiting and OnBoarding processes, including cross and offboarding, illustrating the opportunity for enhancing those connections and improving processes and productivity through accessible, secure, and intelligent information.

You will also hear from Chris McLellan from SAP who will be leading the latest SuccessFactors Roadmap. As we move forward into a new world of Human Experience Management (HXM) SAP SuccessFactors is continually looking to innovate its portfolio to suit its Customers needs.

Simon Humphreys from SAP will deliver a Time Tracking session. The new cloud-based solution provides organisations with simple, innovative tools to record, approve and monitor the time of their workforce.

There will be a opportunity for a Q&A with both Chris and Simon after their session.

Claire Rudd has 10 years’ experience working with SAP and was involved in the initial implementation of the SAP HCM and Payroll landscape for EON UK.

Lisa Schendelaar has worked on SuccessFactors since joining Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) in 2014.
