Sika UK & Zalaris celebrate the successful go-live of Employee Central Payroll for 1,000 employees in the UK

Sika Limited, the UK subsidiary of the worldwide Sika Group, was established in 1927 and produces and markets a wide range of state-of-the-art systems covering construction products, industrial manufacturing, automotive manufacturing and DIY product ranges. In October 2022, Sika UK had signed an agreement with Zalaris to implement a new payroll solution integrated into Sika’s existing global SAP SuccessFactors based HR system, and together, the companies celebrate the next milestone of this project.

Sika UK's objective was to replace their legacy payroll system that integrates with SuccessFactors, including Time Management, and Zalaris delivered exactly on that as the partner of choice for Sika’s HR & payroll cloud-based technology.

The real-time integration between HR and payroll systems, simplifies processes and drives efficiencies in both the HR and payroll teams.

Zalaris look forward to working with Sika in the future to support their SuccessFactors implementation and build on the strong working relationships.
