McCain Foods Limited established in 1957 in Florenceville New Brunswick, Canada, They are the world's largest manufacturer of frozen potato products with employees <19,000. Operating in 34 countries from 1 SAP instance in Canada.We installed SAP ILM and OpenText which was a 6 month project. Firstly setting up 31 archive objects with 8 different retention periods. Without SAP ILM they would have had to setup 248 variants of these archive objects and maintain them. They now do archive runs weekly.
