SAP APO is a dated solution with some deficiencies e.g. user experience, scenario planning, financialisation and embedded analytics & alerting. SAP IBP has recently received significant development investment by SAP and has developed considerably as a replacement for APO. IBP now meets or exceeds the functional capabilities of APO in demand, time-series supply and inventory planning. Chris and Ruan will talk through some of the new functionalities and discuss how businesses who have already transitioned are leveraging SAP IBP to maximise the supply chain business value.
