Our well-being programme, supported by Thrive, prioritises the welfare and mental health of our members. By dismantling stigma and discrimination, we foster an environment where individuals can develop, flourish, and thrive. Through monthly mental health webinars and dedicated sessions at UKISUG Connect, we centre our community around the well-being of our people
Sustainability has three main pillars: Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance, with all industries under pressure to understand, report and manage their impact. In this Focus Group we will introduce the Sustainability Community within UKISUG. The goals will be to raise the collective understanding of the topic; understand how and where SAP can support your journey; and to gain valuable insight from the wider community to enable everyone to deliver faster results
Women are under-represented in STEM careers, especially in IT roles; while women represent nearly 48% of the workforce worldwide, they make up only 28% of the tech workforce. This figure is increasing - but there is much work to do to achieve parity for women in tech and business roles, especially at the leadership level.
We have a unique opportunity to use our vibrant membership across the SAP ecosphere to bring together a proactive community dedicated to supporting women in tech and business roles. Open to UKISUG members, affiliated partners and SAP colleagues. Together we provide a safe space for like-minded women to connect, learn, share experiences, foster relationships, and support each other to thrive in the workplace.
Our Futures programme works with universities and colleges to engage with interns, graduates and students to welcome the next generation of SAP professionals into our community.
Unlike their predecessors, who valued job security and a dependable income, today's younger workforce desires additional fulfilment. They aspire to engage in meaningful work that resonates with their values, opportunities for career advancement, and a nurturing workplace environment. This fresh Focus Group aims to integrate the younger generation into the community and facilitate stronger collaboration with seasoned SAP users
