One of the world’s largest banking and financial institutions decided to migrate their HR functions from Oracle PeopleSoft to a combination of SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and People Insights. The time-frame was aggressive and the transformation required a stringent level of quality assurance. In particular, the business process testing had to ensure sufficient business risk coverage, high accuracy and a smooth go-live.

Previously, the client's regression testing was a mixture of unit-level test automation scripts and manual testing. The test suite had a high level of redundancy, making test maintenance extremely difficult. Additionally, the legacy test platform required a specialised skill set that limited adoption and automation.

This implementation model was initially focused on a single country but after proving successful it is now being rolled across several other countries

Join this webinar to learn how Infosys and Tricentis were able to help them overcome these challenges and:

  • Minimise migration risk
  • Accelerate testing by 60%
  • Reduce the cost of quality
