I have been enthusiastically working in presales and advising solutions for customers for over 25 years, mainly specialising in the area of business intelligence and analytics. I have worked with numerous large enterprise customers closely supporting sales teams to lead many deals, helping to articulate the benefits and value of SAP business analytic solutions through memorable and exciting workshops, product presentations and demonstrations.

I have worked with a wide variety of customers across many different industries including banks, insurance companies, retailers, telecommunication companies and the public sector.

My analytics specialism include operational and embedded analytics, OLAP reporting, dashboard reporting, mobile reporting, data discovery and visualisation, planning, augmented analytics, predictive and machine learning solutions.

For the past 5 years I have been learning the statistical theory behind predictive and machine learning models (gradually becoming a Citizen Data Scientist) and using the SAP predictive and machine learning solutions to help business users unearth the facts in their data and helping them to drive their business forward.

More recently I have been involved in leading customer presentations, demonstrations and workshops/hands-on enablement using the SAP Intelligent Technologies suite of solutions; including SAP Conversational AI (chatbots), SAP Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (process excellence, process visibility, workflow, business rules), SAP machine learning tools (SAP Data Intelligence, predictive libraries, artificial intelligence services, graph, spatial and text analysis engines).

I am a keen Simpsons, football and Formula 1 fan although my driving experience is limited to my family car.
