As Head of Finance Systems, Ron is responsible for the SAP Finance and Payroll modules in NATS. Having joined NATS in 1989 he spent several years as Finance Manager in the Operations Division before taking up his current role......

He acted as the Finance focal point for a major SAP implementation in 2007 and has since then been responsible for the continuous development and improvement of NATS use of SAP.

He recently led a very successful implementation of BPC10.1 on HANA covering business planning, forecasting and scenario planning plus a major upgrade of BW.
Following on from this he is driving the development of the analytics capability looking to use the SAP BI suite.

Session synopsis

The session will look at NATS implementation of BPC with an outline of the project and covering the business and technical solutions. He will also touch on the benefits delivered by the project and the lessons learned.
