SAP Finance includes FICO, MM and Project whilst Successfactors modules include Employee Central, Performance and Objective Management, and Recruiting Management.

Future plans include SAP Onpremise Payroll, SF Onboarding, Compensation and Recruiting Marketing.

SuccessFactors – Our Journey So Far

Seetec have moved from numerous IT and manual systems and are implementing most of the SuccessFactors modules.

We have implemented Objectives & Performance, plus Recruitment Management.

We are in the process of implementing Employee Central and have embarked on what is believed to be the 2nd SAP/Successfactors Integration in the UK.

The session will cover the journey, the successes and failures, the issues and the next steps.
