Mark Griffiths is a member of SAP UK’s Digital Business Services Leadership team. He has been working on SAP projects for 20 years: originally as a Workflow expert and then as a Technical Architect and Manager. Mark has worked on projects ranging from greenfield implementations in the Aerospace and Utilities sector, to Upgrades for large UK Councils and Banks. In recent years Mark has worked closely with the SAP support organisation advising customers on working more effectively with SAP Service and Support.
