Holly has been working with SAP at the University of Warwick since 2002, initially as a user within Warwick’s Finance team supporting catering and retail operations. During this time she was an expert user during the implementation of an SAP-based inventory management project......

In 2014 she joined the SAP support team as a Business Analyst focussing on FI, CO and SD, and this year has been involved in the preparations for Warwick’s move to S/4 HANA planned for 2017.

Since 2015 Holly has been involved with Warwick’s UX projects, and helped support the UK Personas Training Day with Steve Rumsby from Warwick and Peter Spielvogel and Tobias Queck from SAP Labs in Palo Alto.
