Dmitry is helping our customers maximize value from their SAP investments and leverage our innovations through dedicated programs and services to increase customer adoption of SAP innovations, value realization and customer satisfaction/NPS, spanning the entire customer lifecycle.

Dmitry is Quality Director SAP UKI and leading AQM team. Active Quality Management ensure excellence in the customer lifecycle through learnings from successes and failures. We run the SAP Quality Awards to brand SAP and customers and to learn from the best. Secondly, we manage more than 400 escalation in the Field and this combination of insights from success and failures enable us to define customer specific quality roadmaps. We sit in more than 100 steering committees where we proactively guide customers and partners during their lifecycle.

Dmitry joined SAP in October 2010 from the global technology consulting firm Accenture, where he was Managing Director of SAP practice in London office. He brings with him two decades of management experience to SAP, having held senior roles in organisations including Accenture, KPMG. As Managing Director of SAP practice, Dmitry was responsible for all SAP related business in Accenture UK.
