Chris is the Retail Business Lead for the implementation of SAP F&R on secondment from his role of Retail Operations Manager. Chris is leading the Business Change for Retail and the development of F&R from a shop viewpoint.

Session synopsis

The session will provide an overview of Greggs & the current transformation programme with the team sharing key recommendations, benefits and lessons learnt on implementing SAP in a Greenfield site. The Greggs team are currently just over half way through this journey with the biggest change to Greggs currently being rolled out. The team will share with you their approach to change and some of the challenges of making changes on this scale, across 1700 shops.
