As the European Finance Director at Mindray - China’s largest medical equipment manufacturer - he manages the finance function in the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway and Poland to meet group targets and supports the rest of Europe with indirect sales from China......

Alasdair is responsible for financial closing and legal entity requirements, budgets forecasts and cost controls, financial policy development and the improvement of the company’s control environment. As the business partner to the Vice President for Mindray Europe he also supports the region with analysis and financial advice to add value to business decision making. In 2009, Alasdair was part of the European team that implemented SAP R3 transferring from the JDE and Scala systems in 4 separate companies in 3 months. Also part of the team to implement SAP in Italy in 2016 transferring from MAGO system.
