Currently leading global front-back office applications and the sap competency centre at Xerox, and formerly CIO at the training and development agency for schools and prior to that CIO at northern foods, he has worked with sap products for 17 years and the user group for 13 years, seven of which as former chairman. Alan has run an award-winning SAP CCC and installed one of the first netweaver solutions in the UK as part of the sap ramp-up programme.
