The talk will be around Barnsley MBC’s fiori journey and the obstacles we had to overcome in order to give users the best user experience possible.

This involves changes to the user interface, and sessions after go live to change peoples perceptions of the app. The session will also include case studies of the type of queries we faced during roll out of fiori.
