Pfizer is migrating from BEx to Business Objects/HANA landscape. A key part of the strategy is managing the scope and deciding what reports to migrate and what to retire. An output of this approach was setting up a Community of Practice of the top 5% of BI users and getting their feedback on how they use BEx today how BOBJ would meet their needs. • BEx usage and gaps
• How BOBJ filled these gaps and which gaps remain
• Approach to roll-out BOBJ training on a global scale
