Serco has over the past 4 years divested a number of businesses which have been running on Serco’s Corporate SAP System. We have utilised ‘every’ technique to facilitate the exit of these businesses ranging from simple provision of data and supporting documents at divestment date, through to providing a full Transitionary Service Agreement (TSA) to facilitate exit to the Acquirers chosen system, running the divested entity on Serco’s Corporate SAP System for a period up to 9 months, before final exit.

Exit strategy adopted includes SLO to provide a copy of our solution to the acquirer.
