Implementing a Global SAP CoE at Walgreens Boots Alliance will describe the SAP landscape at WBA and how the CoE organisation went from being a largely outsourced function to developing a comprehensive organisation as part of an initiative to gain greater control of the strategic direction for the IT organisation. Steve will cover the highs and lows along the way and provide advice and guidance for any organisation either undertaking a similar initiative themselves, or who are looking to extend their existing SAP capability.
