ACCoE Journey at Xerox

Xerox is currently investing time and resources to achieve accreditation as an Advanced Customer Centre of Excellence (ACCoE).

Xerox began this journey in Oct 2015 and quickly set a goal of achieving accreditation within twelve months. As a result of this drive, Xerox now has twenty-three SAP certified Quality Managers sitting across its IM organisation. This ACCoE based team is currently focusing on a newly defined KPI framework and using it to identify opportunities for service improvement.

Any organisation looking to benchmark its own IT processes, tools and skills against SAP Best Practices or indeed, expand the coverage and capability of its SAP Competency Centre, increasing both internal and external recognition of the IT services it provides, could or possibly more importantly should, consider attending this session.
