Related Focus Groups
SAP Business One
This Focus Group is dedicated to SAP Business One users utilising the ERP solution for managing SMEs. It covers a wide range of functionalities including accounting and financials, purchasing, inventory management, sales, customer relationship management (CRM), as well as reporting and analytics.
SAP ByDesign
The aim of this Focus Group is to unite SAP Business ByDesign customers, providing mutual support, influencing product development and gaining insight into the product roadmap. The group facilitates access to key personnel within the ByD community to ensure users optimise their product experience. With a diverse mix of ByD customers, ranging from small to large organisations, the group fosters shared learnings and tangible benefits for its members and their respective organisations.
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
The SAP S/4HANA Cloud edition is hosted on SAP's servers and is taken care of by SAP. Software upgrades occur quarterly. The public cloud option assists in tackling challenges across various lines of business, overarching strategy and enterprise resource planning.
Community Chairs
John Wager
John has been working in IT for more than 20 years and supporting SAP Business One for the last ten years. In that time, he’s been involved in taking it from a vanilla Line 50 replacement to one that supports European distribution, warehousing and feeding multiple B2B and B2C websites with up-to-the-minute data. John not only supports the User Group as Community Chair, but also sits on the Board of Directors.
Lynne Holmes
Lynne currently works at De La Rue, as Finance Systems Team Manager to manage the support and development of the SAP ByDesign and BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) systems. Over the past 40 years she has worked for many blue chip organisations throughout her career, including Coca Cola, EDS, Hewlett Packard and BP, as well as in the public sector in National Audit Office and Department of the Environment. For the last 20 years her main focus has been on project management and SAP implementations and she has been responsible for large business functional deployments, to thousands of users around the world. Currently based in Hampshire the DeLaRue SAP ByDesign team are responsible for managing master data, security and system administration. We are also very much focused on providing system enhancements that deliver value to the business, in terms of removing manual effort and providing meaningful information, in support of business decisions.
