Empowering innovation, equity and Leadership Women are under-represented in STEM careers, especially in IT roles; while women represent nearly 48% of the workforce worldwide, they make up only 28% of the tech workforce. This figure is increasing - but there is much work to do to achieve parity for women in tech and business roles, especially at the leadership level.
We have a unique opportunity to use our vibrant membership across the SAP ecosphere to bring together a proactive community dedicated to supporting women in tech and business roles. Together we provide a space for like-minded women and our allies to connect, learn, share experiences, foster relationships and support each other to thrive in the workplace.
Our aims include:
Many of our sessions are designed to provide a space to bring women together, and some are open to anyone who supports women and who is interested in driving diversity and inclusion. We welcome our allies to these sessions and are happy to see their all-important participation in the group’s activities.
